How do you come back to the position of Creditor? There is a way and we have heard it a thousand times without comprehension. Ye must be born again. What does that statement mean?
You have been declared deceased. We are all considered deceased--one who is in the act of dying. If you look at your Birth Cert. you will notice that it was signed by the county Registrar [or Register] . The office of the Registrar is the office of probate. You have been declared deceased and subsequently an estate has been created. We have, for many years referred to the estate as a straw man-the all caps spelling of our appellation.
Every governmental entity, including the corporations formed under Government grant, always address everything to us in the estate name -all capital letters. Most think this is their appellation and respond accordingly.
A study of the Ceste Que Vie Act and a passage from Corpus Juris Secundum explains how we have been frauded by the Vatican under the presumption that we are deceased or lost beyond the sea giving Govco the right to manage our affairs by administering the estates.
So how do we come back from being deceased? By a Declaration of Life to defeat their unrebutted presumptions of our demise. After we rebut the presumption of death or lost beyond the sea, we then appoint ourselves as the administrator of the estate that we were the actual grantor thereof. Who on the planet would have more authority to administer the estate than the grantor? No one!!!
