You probably realize by now that in law, the government and its minions operate continually on assumptions and presumptions and you know that 'silence is consent'.  So if you fail to rebut false presumptions you are agreeing with them and they stand as fact.

The IRS does this with the tax code for the activity they have associated with you, or your file, among other things.  Many people who do FOIA requests for the IMF (Individual Master File) find out that the tax code associated with their file is TC 150 which relates to being a 'Rum distiller in Jamaica' or something similar.

If you have a TC 150 then the IRS is taxing you on that activity and since you haven't rebutted it, you agree and they proceed accordingly.   Now all of sudden, when the enforcement regulations from Title 27 of the US Code (Alcohol, tobacco & firearms) are used to correlate to the Title 26 provisions the IRS uses against you, it would be appropriate wouldn't it?

There are groups out there who can assist you in sending out the proper FOIA requests to get back the files which can then be decoded only with IRS internal manuals to find out which 'activity' is associated with your file.

This information can then be used to be rebutted and challenged and thus destroyed.

I have done this myself and was very glad I did.  Not only did I find out the tax code they had assigned to me, but I found amazing research, information and even common law court filings I had made which they had obtained in thier investigations on me.  It was quite a discovery process and very revealing the lengths they went to in order to dig up information on me.  It's a great intel op if you're into that kind of thing.

In view of what the IRS FREEDOM PACKAGE does using alternate approaches, this would not be necessary however.  The IRS FREEDOM PKG is more than sufficient to destroy them from ever coming against you.  This then, just becomes added ammunition, should you decide to put it in your arsenal.

If you are a 'die hard' and want to leave no stone unturned, then this would be a good thing to do.
