question on page two U S POSTAL SERVICE BOND number is that the reg mail number, and the SS medicare is that bond number from back of ss card or ss number its self

4a is your grantor foreign trust EIN ( I believe) 4b per instructions not necessary if ein is in 4a. re f926 form
