Send to yourself by registered mail. Shows you are a man on the land.
There is also one for the baptismal certificate in Admiralty. This is proof that you are a prince on the land and a prince on the sea. You are now a ‘principality’ and international organization.
UCC filing is public, for the dead public side. non-UCC is private for the living.
The dead cannot deal with the living. The public cannot deal with the living.
Get several Certified copies of originals. The 13 digit # used on the documents is Registered mail #.
Use certified copies to send out. Keep originals of course.
B/C endoresment on back side. thumbprint
Send yourself by Reg. Mail the non-UCC claim. Global Stamp below Reg. mail #. 13 digit PO Box. date is in red, Signed in blue ink.
Same thing on the endorsement on back side, thumbprint over your name. Stamp below that, so it’s ‘posted’
Put ‘Info copy’ with original non-ucc and mail it back to yourself.
Send in to bureau of vital statistics, SSA or whatever dept. would be holding the title or account.
US Court of Claims: everything is done under claims. Who’s got the claim?
When we do our UCC we come in as a secured party. Corps can only be an alternate party and we have the higher claim.
Cannot record these in public, because this is all private!
We are the government office which is handling the documents.
We Don’t go directly into BK court. We just send these to the US Trustee who is the US Court of Claims regional agent.

They will follow up and make sure the settlement takes place.
For BC file with bureau of vital statistics. If they don’t settle, contact US trustee. He should be following up anyway.
DL, title of vehicle, send to DOT ordering them to liquidate. Must process or start and notify within 3 days or enforcement.
If each department does not comply with the order, then the US trustee will take it into the Bankruptcy court and force liquidation through involuntary liquidation. Court is the enforcer of last resort.
We must exhaust administrative remedies first, making direct request of the departments involved.
Criminal charges. The court clerk with ‘Info’ copy to State Atty. General
E.I.N.s - request from the Dept of Treasury
S.S. # and Medicare to local Social Security Office. Order to terminate and liquidate.
Send informational copy to inspector general of those departments with Cover letter.
Patrick was stalled for 5 years in getting a payment from SSA. Once he did this process and informed the Inspector General that All was done under identity theft and fraud they sent him his $70,000 almost immediately.
