These are the non-UCC cover letters with claim and instructions to liquidate.

One is related to the birth certificate and the Department of Heatlh / Bureau of Vital Statistics.

The other is to the local Social Security Office.

I just skyped this memo to mark and am putting it here as well i would appreciate a response. thank you: hello mark i have just joined your law club and have dived into the members forum and located some info on the non ucc i have researched for 6 years and found a lot of bandaids to cover festering wounds but none of it heals the whole source of issues until now with the non ucc info. that is where i want to learn and complete the process it is what i have been searching for and it resolves all the issues to heal the damage these guys have done to us. what i need is the step by step process and templets ive read all the material info in the members forum but see that patrick has done his docs but there is no process yet prepared for others to follow. i will also need to speak with someone that knows enough about this process to answer questions because iv got a few now and will have more as i complete this. once i have mine complete i will be working with others to assist them to do the same. im sure you can understand what this means to me, i am truly grateful to have found your club. many blessings nicolette

Nicolette and all members, please post your questions here in the forum. I'll make a note of them and get them covered with patrick all at once and the idea is to have the complete response hopefully in a recorded session we all can learn from. I think that will be best use of time management and streamlined learning for all rather than fragments here and there.

re: non ucc, patrick listed his dl#, ssn#, voter reg#, etc. do we list all our alleged loan #'s, irs issues, etc? what if you don't have some info i.e. voter reg # etc? what about our under aged children, would they be listed some where in our non ucc process so they too will receive a green passport and have their accounts settled? what doc's must be included with the non ucc recordings and bankruptcy case? also if you had a chapter 13 already closed can you re open that or will a new case need to be opened? we will also need a complete course/process for/on the chapter 15 so we can recoup the/our theft/losses. thank you
