I'm sorry, did I miss something? I thought we were not allowed to do any of this paperwork yet. where is the instruction manual? and I have a couple of questions regarding how to file paperwork on assets held in trust.

1. how do we address the issue of homes or property held in trust? for instance property tax bills come in the name of the trust in care of the strawman as the trustee even though the original paperwork filed did not address any such person as a trustee?
or sometimes bills come in just the name of the trust. how are we going to handle this?

2. same thing on cars where the state has named the strawman on the bill. how do we address the issue so that ALL STATE RECORDS ARE DELETED?

3. what about the issue of filing chp 15 to recover money stolen by alleged agencies?
ARE WE ALLOWED TO START FILING THIS PAPERWORK? PLEASE RESPOND ASAP as I would like to get the ball rolling. thank u!

1...An international organization is EXEMPT from property taxes. See references starting at the beginning of this thread. That will take care of itself once you complete the process correctly.

2...All these things are listed on page 2 in your non-UCC claim. See the thread SETTLE ALL CLAIMS in this category.

3...You are behind the curve on the calls and paperwork. Start doing your homework and you'll answer most of your own questions. See #2 above.

[CLARIFICATION NEEDED PLEASE:

1. DO WE LIST CREDIT CARDS AND ACCOUNT NUMBERS ON PAGE 2 OF THE NON-UCC LABOR WAGERING CREDIT ATTACHMENT SHEET?
2. HOW DO WE LIST VEHICLES STILL UNDER A LOAN THAT YOU ARE MAKING PAYMENTS ON? I DO NOT HAVE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE YET.
3. DO WE LIST LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES ON PAGE 2 ABOVE WITH POLICY NUMBER?

4. MOST IMPORTANT: WHAT HAPPENS TO EMPLOYER AFTER PROCESS IS COMPLETED? IS EMPLOYER NOTIFIED TO STOP ALL PAYROLL WITHHOLDING IN THE NAME OF THE STRAWMAN? AND FINALLY

5. I AM FINDING RELUCTANCE ON THE PART OF THE POST OFFICE TO GIVE ME THE REGISTERED LABELS NEEDED WITH THE NUMBER. THEY TOLD ME TO ORDER ON LINE AND I DID AND GOT STICKERS WITH NO NUMBERS. I THINK THEY ARE ON TO THIS STUFF. IS THERE AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE RELUCTANCE? CANNOT FIND ANYTHING IN THEIR REGULATIONS THAT STATE I CANNOT HAVE THE LABELS.
6. IN CALIFORNIA, EMPLOYERS ARE DEDUCTING A FRAUDULENT " CA DISABILITY" TAX FROM THE EMPLOYEE'S PAYCHECK UNDER THE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. IS THIS DEDUCTION CONSIDERED AN "ADD ON" LIKE MEDICARE IN PATRICK'S NON-UCC FORM? SHOULDN'T THIS BE LISTED AS WELL? I COULD NOT FIND ANY AUTHORIZATION REGARDING THIS DEDUCTION AS PART OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY PROGRAM.

Also regarding Registered mail sticker go to different post office and ask for couple registered sticker or for a roll and tell them you need because you are a Notary public and you need to send some very important documents. and need attached the number on your documents, that is the way I got mine.
Put all your accounts # on your Wagering Securities sheet , Vehicle title #, registration , Drive license, SS #, property TAX Account # , Passport #, Property DEED, you named.
But now Patrick is not doing by Bankruptcy court any more , now we are sending straight to IRS Trust window and IRS CID (criminal Investigation Division ) also know's as Secret service for IRS, you need to do the Acknowledgment and Endorsement Liquidation as a NON-UCC CLAIM.
