TOPIC: The Updated Process Starts Here

Patrick has been gravely ill. In fact he was in a hospice the last I heard with a form of Leukemia. Haven't had an update recently. If you're keeping up in his YahooGroup or website and calls you should find some information. Sorry, I haven't.

It's been over a year since this post. Are there any updates? I cannot find them.

I can help Patrick with his condition of he's able, willing and available.

I am a newbie here, considering on headed down this road, but have decided to get a few ducks in a row before commencing. One thing I did was procure my ANC--Assumed Name Certificate from MN via instructions by Henrich, Douglas.

With the ANC in hand, I plan to start an LLC in my home state (WA), close/roll all my personal checking accounts into the business. From then on, I'll conduct all personal/biz business from this account under my natural name Nieman, Stephen.

A couple other things I'll do before commencing on this protocol of a Foundational Non-UCC Filing Statement. I'll keep the group apprised of my progress. Thanks to all for the immense amount of info assembled here. Cheers

p.s. Sorry to hear about Patrick's illness. He has so selflessly provided so much of himself to reveal this knowledge. My heart goes out to him...

How's things, did you check out those Dropbox files re non-ucc bankruptcy, the "settling all claims" bit?
I made my way through some of it though it seemed like most people were following steps and yet not to the point of completion. Any progress or discoveries on your side?
