Many people ask about the 'Green Passport' for American nationals. Honestly, I have never heard of anyone actually getting one or even seeing one. Maybe I'm sheltered? If this is not a 'myth' it's a closely guarded secret for sure.

Having said that, the Patrick Devine study group is 'pursuing' that through the secretaries of the various states. We'll see what happens.

Mr. Gronski's process is a sound one. I'm personally 'en route' with my paperwork to get my new passport using his services. I have the paperwork and it's excellent. I don't expect the new passport to be 'Green' or any different than the normal, aside from the fact that I will have engaged the corporate US to enter into a contract with me and issue the passport based on my terms and conditions and not theirs. Those terms would be quite clear and well established by law that I am an 'Illinoisan' and not a U.S. Citizen and it will be a matter of public record with the US Dept. of State to be later confirmed by the FOIA.

Personally, I feel that establishing your claim on the strawman via the Non-UCC process is important as a matter of fundamental control of the strawman which enables you to do many things from that point.

So then this process then gets the official recognition on status that most people are looking for. and provides the 1,2 punch to get the 'knockout' punch we are looking for in 'status correction'.

I hope that helps.

Mr. Gronski has made a special offer to members of the lawclub which I'll be positing in the 'Recommended Services' page of the member area later today.

I am not familiar with Mr Gronski's process, other than the FOIA request, however, I sent in mine about a 6 weeks ago, I filled it out to the letter the way the copper moon shine still's explained, I said no to US citizen on all, I gave no ss # I gave a rfd address, and I guess the state dept. agreed I wasn't a US Citizen and gave me a passport in about 2 weeks. I am an Illinoisan, they apparently confirmed that. However, the passport I got back was Blue. My passport is in all caps however, and it does say Illinois USA. I do believe, i am taking steps. I am not sure of Patrick's green one yet. though I did see some examples online. But, with the RFID in these, theres some kind of security law or act in effect. Last I checked, all new passport cards have them. I also, need some direction as far as the FOIA request, I have never done one. Can anyone help me out with that? I am just curious, the post(woman) did take a copy of my CDL (unfortunately I am a part-time truck driver) I definitely would like to see what the state dept. recieved. I am Dave of the family OBrien.

Hi Tony, I have been a secure party creditor for some time now including authenticating my BC and depositing my BC bonds to the US Treasury in Puerto Rico. 9 weeks ago I also sent in $87 K in set offs to the IRS in Ogden. In this case no news is great news to me. Fellow students have had their paperwork rejected and sent back to them. Anyway, I just wanted to give you a brief on my journey to the private side so far. I spoke with Christopher last night and again this morning to get my SCP process started. Do you by any chance have an update on your progress with the FOIA request? Thanks in advance. Jerry

I sent in my FOIA request to the State Department by certified mail which they received on August 1st, To date I STILL have nothing returned to me even tho they legally have 30 days to comply or explain the delay. I have received no such communication. That reminds me I need to contact Christopher again because he has a direct email to someone at the State dept. who I could ask to look into the delay.
Not very encouraging, I know.

Ok, I actually had to do my passport over (shocker). I finally understand the process more thoroughly than I have the first time. The copper moon shine process is flawed. I now understand why completely. There is a process to the (oath) portion in the passport application that cannot be overlooked. An explanatory statement must accompany that application, YOU CANNOT TAKE THE OATH ON THE PASSPORT APPLICATION. You MUST supply the explanatory statement, You will be taking the proper Oath off of that. The Oath on the application is only for U.S.citizens or non-resident aliens. There isn't an Oath for an American national (Illinoisan, Texan, etc...) The FOIA request comes once you submit and get the passport back. It's the "prima facie" evidence you seek with that request, once completed. I just finished sending off the proper paperwork with the application yesterday, that was a process by itself. Christoper probably understands this. I haven't gone through His, though I am sure it is the same I had done. I have a Mentor who has accomplished this helping me.

A quick update on our process Tony. Christopher is in the process of getting my wife and I started on state citizen passports as I write this Tony. Any news on your FOIA yet? Im sure you would have posted, but thought I would ask. Do you plan on, or have you used the IRS freedom package here at LLC to tighten up your status? Thanks, Jerry
